About the Artist

Hi there! Allow me to introduce myself!

My name is M'Liss. I've spent the past 6 years in the Florida Keys as a marine biologist doing fisheries research, soaking up the ocean life and loving every second of it. I started my original soap company, Florida Keys Soapworks, out of my kitchen overlooking my bright green canal, making one small beachy-themed loaf at a time.

I've recently moved to Montana with my husband for his work, and while the mountain life is very different from what I'm used to, I love it just as much.

My background is in environmental science, and I've been an artist and nature lover my whole life. I do exhaustive research and testing before any of my products are sold, it is in my nature to do so. I love learning the chemical properties and make up of every material that I use. I make sure I am presenting a product that I have 100% confidence in before it ever hits market, and I think that's what sets my product apart from so many out there.

If you ever have a question about an ingredient, why it's used, why I love it, or why I won't use it, please don't hesitate to contact me! I know there's (rightfully) a lot of concerns about what you put on your body, and I am absolutely willing to have a conversation with you about it.

I have full faith and confidence in the ingredients that I use and the small batch, handmade process in which they are made. Check out my product page and you can take a look at some of the amazing ingredients in my products! And if you're interested in carrying my products in your shop, just jump to the contact page and shoot me an email! I'd love to figure out if we would be a good match!

Thank you for your interest in my products!
